We would like to congratulate our esteemed colleague Christopher Dohrmann, FGE, on his appointment to the GEO board of directors.
With 35 years’ in the equity compensation industry and a career that has spanned investment banks, issuers, brokers, and platform providers, Chris has a wealth of knowledge to share and an extensive network that he leverages to bring new concepts to the industry and help educate equity professionals.
Chris was formerly Executive Director at Equatex, and prior to that spent 20 years in positions at Morgan Stanley Smith Barney, Citigroup and AST. He is a former Board Member of the Certified Equity Professional Institute, is a NASPP Distinguished Equity Fellow (NDEF), and co-hosts the Global Shares, now J.P. Morgan Workplace Solutions, equity compensation podcast, Own Up, alongside his colleague John Bagdonas.
