We’re very excited to announce that after almost two decades, Global Shares is now
J.P. Morgan Workplace Solutions. This marks an important stage in our growth and
development since our acquisition by J.P. Morgan in 2022.

employees. Equity compensation, powered by Global Shares, will still be at the heart
of our offering, but there’ll be other products and services that will elevate the
