We are delighted to welcome Pam Pennington, CEP, as our head of US Head of Operations. Pam will be based at our new US Operations HQ in Nashville.
She is a seasoned financial service professional, bringing 26 years’ industry experience -15 years in equity compensation – to the role. Previously she worked at UBS for 19 years in roles spanning Plan Administration Manager, Implementation Manager, Client Service Manager and Branch Manager. During this time she managed large and small teams with a strong emphasis on client service delivery and accumulated vast experience supporting US public issuers with multiple types of equity compensation plans.
Prior to that, she spent 5 years at SunTrust Equitable Securities in the Wire & Trading Desk. Pam is a Certified Equity Professional (CEP) and holds Series 7, 9, 10, 63 and 65 FINRA licences.

I look forward to collaborating with our Nashville team and my counterparts in Europe and Asia to achieve exemplary service delivery at a global level.
