As we near the end of the second quarter, we’re pleased to share some updates on the Participant Experience. Participants using the platform will enjoy enhancements to the user experience both in terms of functionality and transparency.

Accepting grants just got easier

Participants can now access their Grant Acceptance Tasks directly within their Equity Statements. A dedicated column with a link to the task is now available on the equity statement. This addition ensures that a Participant can access this information in one location, eliminating the need to navigate back to the task management page. 

Enhanced visibility to Exercise and Release Statements

Clients now have the option to display the retention date on their Exercise and Release Statements. This allows participants to view the date when shares become fully available. This update is helpful for companies who apply a hold period on shares from an exercise or release, while also providing clarity to the Participant.

Accrued cash dividends on Equity Statements

Accrued cash dividends can now be displayed on the following Equity Statements:

Consolidated Equity Statement: Participants can view their accrued cash dividends by clicking on an expand/collapse icon next to the underlying (parent) award. Participants will be able to see the total cash value generated on the statement.

Upcoming Future Vest Statement: The expand/collapse button will reveal future accrued cash dividends linked to the underlying award. This will provide participants with insights into the expected future value of these awards.

Dividend Vesting Detail Statement for Tranche Info: This new dividend vesting detail statement offers a detailed overview of dividends generated per tranche.
