Global Shares extends a warm welcome to Claire Hartley, our new Head of Execution and Regulatory Services.
With more than 15 years experience in the industry Claire has previously served as Head of Service Delivery at Computershare and as Service Delivery Manager with Lloyds Bank. She is a seasoned share plans and financial services industry professional, highly skilled in process improvement, service delivery and performance management and she fills this new senior management role at Global Shares with immediate effect.
I am delighted to announce that another hugely experienced industry professional has chosen to move to Global Shares. Many of us have known Claire for many years and her depth of share plans knowledge, passion for service delivery, managerial experience and track record make her a superb fit for this role, at a time of great expansion for the company. Our goal is to provide our clients with a complete and seamless range of equity plan management and execution services and Claire’s leadership will focus on developing our execution and regulatory services offering globally. Claire will be a huge asset to Global Shares and I’m really looking forward to working with her to grow this area of the business.
I’m very excited to join such a dynamic, fast-paced company at such a rapid stage in its growth cycle. This comes at a time of great change and disruption for the share plans industry, and personally it’s a great opportunity for me to refresh my career. I’ve been warmly welcomed and look forward to being part of the team that continues to build Global Shares into the global fintech leader for share plan management solutions.
Claire’s appointment comes on the back of Global Shares’ recent expansion in the UK. She will be working from our new Leeds office, which will open in the city centre in the coming weeks, creating 50 new high-skilled roles. The new office is in addition to our existing office in central London.
